Qaswra is a passionate believer in the power of art to shape culture. With over 25 years of experience across publishing, visual arts, and creative entrepreneurship, he’s dedicated to building platforms where Saudi talent thrives. Before founding MNWR, Qaswra launched Hafez Gallery, a dynamic art gallery that has showcased artists both locally and internationally. His journey began at the Saudi Research and Publishing Company (the Middle East’s largest publishing house), followed by shaping retail experiences at Al-Sawani Group. Today, he channels that expertise into creating accessible, collaborative spaces for Saudi creatives. At heart, Qaswra is a connector—between artists, ideas, and communities. You’ll always find him championing art as a tool for dialogue and discovery.

Lama Sefiran is a graphic designer and illustrator. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah in 2019. That same year, she completed a program in Animation at Digital Hollywood University in Tokyo, Japan, under the sponsorship of the Misk Art Institute.

Lama is a self-taught graphic designer with a passion for art that began at a young age. Her work is heavily influenced by Japanese pop culture, which continues to inspire her unique creative style.

Malahat joined MNWR in June 2025 as Communications Manager, bringing a wealth of experience in entrepreneurship, marketing, and client engagement since 2018. She has founded and led several successful ventures, with proven strengths in persuasive communication, design, and building meaningful customer experiences. Known for her adaptability and passion for learning, she is currently focused on developing and structuring the communications department at MNWR, with a clear vision of creating strong brand-audience connections and laying solid foundations for sustainable team growth.

Ola was the driving force behind MNWR's launch in October, 2024, transforming vision into reality through her expertise in operations, design & web development, and project management. A former artist turned arts professional in Saudi’s art scene since 2018, where she’s worn many hats: Communication Director at Hafez Gallery, Project Manager for the Ministry of Culture, and Production Manager for Hayy Jameel, and a Sales Representative & Art Fairs Manager at ATHR Gallery. Before departing MNWR in August 2025 to focus on her art practice,  she created a sustainable program ecosystem that continues to empower Saudi creatives today.

Munir drives growth through data and innovation. A pioneer in Gulf e-commerce since 2018, he brings hands-on expertise in scaling online stores, optimizing fulfillment, and leading high-performance teams. He founded and managed profitable e-commerce ventures, specializing in revenue-driven marketing strategies that amplify traffic and conversions. Business-obsessed and results-focused, he thrives on transforming ideas into scalable successes.
